Booking conditions :
- Bookings for periods of 1 to 3 days: please confirm your booking either by communicating your credit card number and its expiry date to us, by sending us a deposit cheque for the price of one complete day’s stay* or by doing a bank transfer for the price of one complete day’s stay* to the hotel’s bank account.
- Bookings for periods over three days: please send us a deposit cheque for the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay or perform a bank transfer for the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay to the hotel’s bank account.
Conditions of cancellation :
The cancellation of your stay with us (irrespective of the length of stay and/or the reason for cancelling) must be notified to us by letter, fax or e-mail at least 48 hours before the date of your arrival. By return, you will receive confirmation of your cancellation by the same method.
If this notice period is not respected :
- For periods of 1 to 3 days: we will either debit your credit card for the price of one complete day’s stay*, cash your deposit cheque for the price of one complete day’s stay* or definitely accept your bank transfer for the price of one complete day’s stay*.
- For periods over 3 days: we will either cash your deposit cheque for the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay or definitely accept your bank transfer for the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay.
By accepting these conditions of cancellation, you confirm that you are fully aware of them and that you accept them as stated, without any right to any reimbursement in any form whatsoever.
* One complete day’s stay means the total price including all additional services reserved: the price of the rooms, the meals where chosen as well as parking.
